Backstory

My mom was not much of a cook. Just about every Sunday night we had "cold cuts" for dinner which was basically cut up bologna and American Cheese (what else was there?) on a plate which we ate with toothpicks while watching "The Ed Sullivan Show." Funny how that simple thing jumped into my mind when I saw the topic.
