Six-Word Memoirs with SMITH Mag

New Stove, Raw Turkey, Ham instead

Backstory

I bought a new stove the day before Thanksgiving. I had never used one that you had to turn a knob to oven and then to the temperature, so I just did as always and turned the oven on to 325*. We wondered why we couldn't smell the turkey cooking, but thought it must be insulated really well. When it was almost time to eat and opened the roaster to a raw turkey my face must have fallen a foot! I'm known as a good cook so this really hit my reputation!
